Cancellation Policy

Grace period (Deposits Only)

All booking deposits are subject to a full refund if cancelled within 24 hours from the booking confirmation receipt. If cancelled at any time outside of the 24- hour grace period, deposits will not be refunded, but can be used towards rescheduling the same or another service within 30 days of cancellation date. Otherwise, another deposit will be required to book future services.

Grace period (Paid in Full)

Guests may cancel their booking up to 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund of their booking price, not including deposit fee. Guests may cancel their booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund of their booking price, not including booking fee. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the event start time are Nonrefundable.

Late/ No Show Policy

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your booking, a late fee of $15 will be charged. If you arrive 30 minutes or later to your booking and have not contacted us to advise that you will be late it will be considered a no call/no show and appointment will be cancelled.

Studio Rules

Do not arrive any earlier than 15 minutes prior to your booking time; you will not be given access to the studio until your scheduled time. If you need time to set up and breakdown, please factor this in and book more time.

- No smoking!! No exceptions!!! *You will be charged $100 fee and risk being Banned from the property.*

- NO guns or live weapons *props are okay with prior permission.*

- NO EXCESSIVELY LOUD MUSIC.

- We are not responsible for any lost/stolen/damaged property.

- Return studio in the same condition as when you arrived

- You will be responsible for cost of any damaged equipment/property

- Any unfinished food/drink must be taken with you when you leave. -Cleaning fee of $25 will be charged if food/drink is left or placed in trash.*

- Your booking time includes set up and clean up. *Additional fees will apply for any extended use outside of your scheduled time.*

- We reserve the rights to capture/record Behind the scenes photos and video of any production within our studio for promotional use only.

- You will be charged for the use of any space/props not included in your booking.

- Filming outside of the studio is prohibited, this includes the hallway & outside of the building.

- Smoking machines are Not allowed.

- No pyro.

- Nudity is allowed *18 and older.*

- Security cameras are always recording.

- Kids must always be accompanied by an adult.

- No liquids in set areas unless large tarp and/or prior approval.

- Do not touch clothing merch unless it is to purchase.
